Going beyond your boundaries.

Think back to a time you've been asked to do something outside of your comfort zone. How did you react?

As designers and developers, we're put in situations that take us out of our comfort zones and stretch our core competencies. These tasks are either "above" or "below" our pay grade. But, going beyond your job title characterizes who you are. It showcases your willingness to learn, helps your personal growth, and builds trust with your colleagues.

These are the tasks that define us as professionals. So, when the next time a colleague asks if you know how to do something, instead of saying no, say you'll figure it out. You'll be seen as someone not afraid to get your hands dirty with a willingness to learn.
